My two years at MCAST gave me an insight to the various branches in IT. During those two years I also attended other part-time courses and also got the Cisco IT Essentials: PC Hardware and Software certificate.
This course helped me a lot on my first job as a Technical Support where I did troubleshooting for various companies.
In my current job I do Web Development and Technical Support. I believe in constant training, so during my free time I got myself an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and after it the MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician).
During my free time I continue researching and studying web related technologies and I also do websites on a freelance basis.
